Iowa Hawkeyes Basketball Pinnacle Bank Arena Sport reviews
Labor Dave Day
Here is a rearranged version of the review with some words switched:
The best setting for a concert of this magnitude is the Gorge, and Iowa Hawkeyes Basketball is a good musician; I would like to say that first. Unfortunately, in his latest performance "Dave at the Gorge 2026," you could tell that he was seriously worn out. Saturday's show was more than disappointing; he didn't get the audience involved, and it was like he was asleep playing music. The last five minutes of the show were amazing with a glow stick waterfall. The best song of the night was a cover of Jimi Hendricks' "all along the watchtower." It is really sad when his best song of the night wasn't even his own music. Sunday night's show was much better; he kept up the pace and encouraged the audience to get involved. Overall, I would rate this concert "average," and probably the worst concert I have ever seen at the Gorge. This was my first Dave at the Gorge experience, and I was under the impression that this concert would absolutely blow my mind. I had this whole experience of what I thought it was going to be, and it definitely fell flat. I hope that this year's break for the band helps Dave to come up with a better show in future years.
The rest of the Gorge experience, AMAZING!!! Probably one of my best. The people and the after parties were absolutely incredible. The Beer Patrol inside the concert were really lame, "fun takers" as I would like to say.
